Capability Scotland, in partnership with MOBIE, the educational charity founded by TV presenter George Clarke, is inviting young people across Scotland to participate in a unique Design Challenge. The challenge aims to bring together young designers and people with disabilities to explore ideas and designs for an innovative 'inclusive community' to be built on the outskirts of Perth, at Bertha Park.
