Introducing the Fab House, an exemplary off-site manufactured home, designed by MOBIE founder George Clarke and TDO architecture. The first 10 homes have been launched at the Smiths Dock development in North Shields, where we worked with our good friends Urban Splash and Places for People.
Fab is essentially a special edition of the Urban Splash House; a unique and innovative design created by one of the most respected minds in modern housing, George Clarke. Using his years of knowledge and experience in architecture all over the world, George has helped create a home that’s perfect for modern living.
Fab House has high ceilings and generous floor space, the large windows and plentiful natural light make the rooms feel even bigger. The result is a home that appeals to body and mind, logic and emotion, left brain and right. The result is Fab.
